Our Mission

Our mission is to facilitate opportunities for under-resourced students to acquire the social capital they need to be successful in their future endeavors.

We define social capital as a network of assets (resources, connections, processes, and skills) that enables and enhances people’s abilities to reach their goals.

Our Vision

Through social capital literacy training and skill building, and the support to meet others who can be bridges to new information, opportunities, and contacts, we can increase the odds that under-resourced college students will achieve their immediate and longer-term goals.

Their success is key to creating a more just and equitable society.
